Piyo is a fusion of yoga, Pilates, strength training, and core conditioning.  This is a calorie torching format with a dynamic approach that draws from challenging exercises and poses found in multiple disciplines.  PiYo is easily modified, making it perfect for everyone!  Bring your own mat and plenty of water! 

CARDIO SHRED

 

Get ready to sweat and shred inches!  We will power through cardio intervals and exercises using our own body weight...no dumbbells needed!  Classes will vary each week.  Bring a mat and plenty of water!

Join us for our brand new adult fitness program!  Led by Jessica Huch, a certified fitness instructor, you will be motivated and supported to meet every goal--big or small!  Classes will be offered starting the week of January 30th!  Just make sure you sign up 24 hours in advance!
