As most fairy tales begin, there was a little girl with a dream.  From the moment LISA CARLSON started singing and dancing in her hometown of Manahawkin, NJ, she knew that one day, she wanted to open a performing arts studio as a way to give back to her community.

A dream in the works for over 10 years, Starlight Performing Arts continues to grow and thrive.  We are pleased to provide high quality professional training, similar to what is offered in NYC or LA, in beautiful southern New Jersey.

Our instructors all have college degrees or professional certificates in Theatre, Music, Dance, or Music Education.  Each have professional performing credits ranging from National Tours, Regional credits, and even huge venues like Radio City Music Hall!
